Ugh, did I flinch at that sight. I knew that anime, practically all girls I know are nuts about it, but at least the artwork is remarkably non-girlish. And, truth be said, its artwork and animation are better than it deserves, lol.

The artwork's better than most anime nowadays at least. I'm more of a fan of experimental stuff myself, such as Blame!

The thing is shading and lighting in this. Today they use lightertones and different shading tactics, which is not my stuff. i love old celshading tactics they looked more grittier and mature, still shines.what stands out in ainokasubi is frames, its smooth. The only present anime animation that has grown on me is Monster. It looks like oilpainting. I alos highly recommend darker than black and paprika, satoshi kon has gone all out on this. drunkee you will love these 2 animes.

K7 actually shows you how governments fuck over everybody, whereas MGS just talks about it. (A LOT.) Killer 7 & politics Alter Ego= Propaganda in the form of the media. Sunset=Political assassination in order to speed up or slow down a governments desired goal. Cloudman=How some governments will go out of their way in order to quell any new potential governments/movement from ever succeeding. (By killing them at the root.) Encounter= How governments basically participate in sanctioned crime against the people of their own governments. In order to raise profits for the haves. Smile= How governments enlist pawns to do all their work, & how those pawns don't even realize that they're actually being used. Everybody in this chapter is a patsy. (Matsuken,Linda,Emir,Mills, etc.) Lion= The end result (Fallout) that occurs due to built up tensions between rivaling poltical forces. I won't get into the messages that I get from MGS, that's best saved for another thread. All I will say is that MGS is only considered deep, because the MGS games make them feel emotional. I think the man is right on point when he claims that many wars have been fought using proxy forces aligned with the United States. Just look at the way the world is now. C'mon Topdrunkee, MGS isn't THAT bad. It's better then most. It's really not even meant to be that political, the politics are meant to guide the emotional parts. As you said, that's MGS' forte.
