It's a great action movie, wasn't much of a plot, but it had some cool scenes. There's some sealed off gang district which a cop is supposed to infiltrate because there's a nuclear bomb that's going to go off, and one of the guy's who teams up with him has a sister who's been kidnapped by the gang with the stolen nuke, so they have to get into the gang's turf and deactivate the bomb within...some period of time that I forgot.

I actually saw it on youtube, someone had uploaded the whole movie. Doubt it's still there though.
