I think he's referring to the over-the-top comedic violence. It sort of does remind me of a cartoon or comedy comic book.

Well I have to admit that this trailer totally sucks ass. And I can't stand the music, too.

The military-ish track on the first trailer fit much better, and was hella amusing against the visuals. The new one... Kinda felt like an AMV, in a bad way. "Herr Frederick von Twirlenkiller" - ROFL that is such a cute name.

I hope this game have more fancy bosses, that guy reminded me of Gustman.

Any one else getting a gungrave-ish feelings from the bosses and the general settings so far? Naw, cuz very few of ya'll played gungrave. That game had some trippy bosses. Bob Poundmax was essentially a bloated blimb of a guy who had propellers attatched to his body, and he pick fat off himself to throw at you as a weapon. But this new madworld trailer is sweet since it shows off more of the style and flow of the game. Yet I do agree the choice of music, is quite, interesting... I lol'ed at the giant fan cutting people up. Reminded me of MK4!
