I've never seen anything quite like Monster, so it's pretty hard for me to compare it to something else. I recommend checking out the manga author, Naoki Urasawa's current manga called 20th Century Boys.

Thank you! I just meant anything you found to like. Monster was top-notch! Have you seen Broken Saints btw? Even though they aren’t much similarities between Monster and Broken Saints, both are really well written.

The amazing thing about Monster is they could make you sympathize with even the villains of the story, even the guys I hated at one point I ended up feeling sorry for when they died.

I love Monster. One of my top Anime ever, I felt sorry for the last victim. He was so paranoid at the end :( I like it a lot, also 20th Century Boys is also really, really good. EDIT: I agree with most the people here, most the anime now are random fan service rubbish, but some are good though.
