yes more wrestling moves
and a better way to the drive the motorcycle, the driving is one of the worst part of the game
That sounds more like it, but you should throw in the "he also sleeps with kids in the same bed like Michael Jackson, and pisses in their faces like R. Kelley."
That would be some vintage Suda right there, lol.
lol what about if he is transsexual :P muhahah :P we are crazy O_o

Just curious but what where the organs used for?I guess maybe for the same reason that Curtis Blackburn used the organs
Curtis used the organs to create the heaven smile. So it's highly doubtful.
(Contrary to popular belief. Almost everything in Killer 7 happens for a reason. Most people just choose to ignore Travis & Iwazaru.)
As far as a setting is concerned, my guess is that Travis now would want to become the #1 assassin in all of the US. We'll save the world for NMH3!
Or it would be Travis defending his top spot in Santa Destroy as you are forced to fight off thugs who want to be #1.
Heh, Afro Samurai comes to mind again!
It's not like NMH was that great in the story department to begin with.
Just have Travis kill some zombies, yakuza, Samurai ninja demon zombie rhinos with grenade launchers sporting roller blades & tutu's battling inside some random ass forest of resurrection & call it a day.
Seriously the less attention that people put into NMH's narrative the better.
I just find it ashaming how Suda's games are considered adult & mature. Then he releases some juvenile ish like NMH, and people dare call it his best work yet.
By Juvenile, I refer to this.
http://www.gamespite.net/toastywiki/index.php/Media/WelcomeToTheNHKVol2See, I tend not to buy manga rated "18+" because, like most video games designated "M," the 18+ is usually a bit of a lie -- they may be marked as being for "older readers," but only those older readers with minds and emotions firmly rooted in adolescence. People whose idea of "mature content" means the constant juvenile fanservice shows nipples instead of simply hinting at them. Like mainstream American comic books, this sort of manga caters toward the boys who never quite grew up but still like to imagine that they did, and who prove their adulthood by demanding their favorite junior high escapism "grow up," too. Typically, this is achieved by adding a little more brutal violence and being a lot more overt in their misogyny.
What made all the violence, expletives, etc. so cool with Silver Case/Moonlight Syndrome was how disturbing the overall atmosphere of the game felt. (Moonlight Syndrome revolved around the love affair of an incest couple. SIlver Case revolves around a series of cases ranging from the public gang raping of some 7 yr. old chick to the political gang warfare of the officialy released Silver Case cover story.)
That, and the majority of the time. The violence actually added to the narrative. Which is one of the reasons why Killer 7 tends to be stronger imo.
Just look at "Flower, Sun, & Rain." That's probably Suda's best overall game. (The game sucks, but I'm referring more to the art, sound direction, & story.)
Yet it's getting ignored in the west, because most people think it's some little kid's game or what not. (Hell, FSR isn't even scheduled for U.S release.)
Which is why I'm probably going to give up on games for good by the end of the year.
(I'll still play fighting games & the like. I just won't take them seriously as a form of literary entertainment.)
Almost every single game I've come across has been "juvenile" bullshit disguised as adult & mature.
I'm just sick of it, especially when I see games like Persona 3 being accoladed for its mature story. Yet it's nowhere near as dark or mature as the original Persona trilogy that came before it.
Likewise with NMH. Which is generally regarded as Suda 51's best game.
(This also includes plot.)
People generally regard the story for NMH in much higher light than they ever would with Killer 7.
The funny thing is the plot of NMH is pretty much non existent. People only like it, because they can comprehend it. Whereas Killer 7 somewhat requires you to have outside knowledge of the mechanics of world geo politics.
I'll save the rant for some other time though.
I'm just sick & tired of how Suda 51 keeps relying on pointless shock factor in order to appease his fans.
He has said many times that he only makes games for Western audiences now. What I find offensive is how he thinks that Westerners can only appreciate his less mature, more random writing style that he uses with Michigan, K7, & NMH.
All I have to say is that I'm calling it quits if his next game is another satire filled title full with corny ass one liners.
It shows to moi that Suda has abandoned his darker, more macabre Silver Case/ Moonlight Syndrome style altogether.
(Flower Sun & Rain is somewhere in between Suda's old writing style & the newer K7/NMH writing style.)
Silver Case 25 Ward was probably the last time that Suda took a plot seriously, and that was a goddamn cell phone game.
Yet again it was a game made specifically with the Japanese in mind.
Why is it that he only writes serious plots for his Japanese only games?
I do believe that Fatal Frame 4 will be written with a more serious slant, but that game doesn't really count since Suda doesn't really have free reign with that project.
Note: It's not that I have a problem with parody games. I liked God Hand.
You don't ever see anybody making these crazy ass theories about God Hand's story though. (Unlike NMH.)
So in general most people know the game is a parody.
NMH though. I can easily imagine a future where the only games Suda makes are NMH style games.
Much similar to how Kojima has been working on MGS games for the past ten years.
I just hate to see rare creative talent being pigeon holed to certain projects. (Then again it is a consumer based market. So you pretty much go to where the moneys at.)

One of the reasons why NMH got more attention and love is becasue it is one and only mature title on wii.
People were hungry for some mature software got it and now want to see world in it.
Secondly i blame press and media for promoting the game in that diorection where people eventually went, finding meaning in NMH world and shit as if its davidlynch story.
Finally think about it, wii users mostly kids and nongamers, what suda said and took his words back,
so juvenile crap is justified isn't it?
And its true , article in some mag , suda confirms his involvemnt in FF story , i hope FF producer wont let him fuck it up.
ferlanga- 04-18-2008
Not to mentionthat NMH and Killer7 are the only (as far as i know) SUDA games released in US.
Nobody says FSR is awesome because barely anybody in USA knows about it, it isnt even in the list of games on GameFAQs.
Why he thinks his earlier work is disliked on this western side of the world if they were only released on Japan?
kaxantrom- 04-18-2008
None Suda's game was ever a success not even in Japan, his games are too deep, gamers are not interested by deep stories or complicated plots
No More heroes was a change in his games, he wanted to appeal to more gamers and to sell the title, so the target audience was America as Mikami's games are a success because his games are not for the japanese market but still these games sell in japan, but for some reason God hand sold more copies in Japan than in the us and no more heroes was the opposite
True Grave- 04-19-2008
There are other "mature" or "M" rated games on the Wii, but its mostly ports, like RE4. Something like RE Umbrella Chronicles, which also got an "M" just has enough blood for it to garnish the "M" title.
No More Heroes was the first all original "M" title for the Wii. And thats why it was marketed, and called that by reviewers. Plus NMH is a Wii exclusive, yeah you could play manhunt 2 on the wii, but also on the ps2, and psp.
I see what you are saying Topdrunkee, and I'm still ashamed I can't completely sync with your thoughts since I haven't played Suda's other work, but I can see why you are saying this compared to his early work.

I couldnt care less what an average joe reviewer says about games.
Last time I bought a game based on review, I got timesplitters2 and it was bullshit.

It always bothers me when people refer to dark or violent games as "Mature"... Just like TopDrukee said, it's just childish stuff in a new wrapper. Ugh, reminded me of Zelda: Twilight Princess. I LOVE the Zelda series, it's great fun. But saying it's "Mature", because HAY GAIS LINK IS A REAL LOOKING, NOT LIKE CEL-DA!!!! Is just stupid. Although Zelda has geat gameplay, it's just generic fantasy stuff.
I agree about the GodHand/NMM comparing. Especially on GameFaqs, so many threads about the "complex plot" of NMH.
decoy- 04-20-2008
Sotc and ICO are most mature games "i" have ever played , a kid , teen ager and even guys in fortys can find world in it.
"I" think these both games are most artistic things available in any medium.
Though zelda TP is generic, but the maturity isn't lies there in literal sense.
In aesthetic sense there is maturity.
LOTR might be mature for some , in literal sense, the stoy for some, but aestetheticlly its not mature in true sense.
Even in TP the script is much more mature than zledas previous iterations.
Visionnerz- 04-20-2008
Yeah I think the "maturity" comments are sometimes mad based on the game's setting and atmosphere. Not necessarily the actions you peform in the game or the content.
Twilight Princess, I'd say is a pretty good example of this. I was definitely surprised at how dark some parts of the game were. The "Twilight" areas had really creepy atmsphere.. the bleak visuals and strange music inthe background. Plus Zelda being caught up in the middle of it. While the pacing of the game and most of the gameplay didnt feel fresh, the way the setting was transformed was a nice surprise.. Hyrule castle town sort of had a post-apocalyptic feel.
Shadow of the Colossus and ICO are other good examples. The pacing is slow, but it's meant fo the player to become enthralled in the world. Solitude is something most younger people don't have the patience for, appreciate.. or can even understand, so I think it's mature in that sense.
ferlanga- 04-20-2008
TP is a wannabe mature game. They tought that by adding cliche dark/light realities the game would feel more mature.
The plot is nonexistant, at least compared to other Zelda games. WindWaker can get more serious than TP at some parts, and the story in it is way more developed.
TP sometimes was going places but they ruined it with stuff like adding ganon at the last moment just to please the Zelda fans.
HELL, Majoras Mask beats TP in darkness like a bear chewing a baby
not sure but comparing looks, things llike the gibdos in WW were way more bizarre than the ones seen in TP.
kaxantrom- 04-20-2008
I agreed with TopDrukee mature games is just for kids who wants to feel adult, just for the M rating in the game
and it is true that a lot of people are saying that NMH is the best game created by Suda, they don't know or they don't understand killer 7 as TopDrukee stated.
killer 7 is too deep to be understood by the majority of the gamers, the most of the gamers are ignorant ppl
there are people, 12 years old that just buy mature games to feel they are adult, they play halo or gta to feel adult just because the rating is for 18 or older
it is as when Manhunt 2 was going to be released the media made 12 hyper about it saying it was the only A rating game then M game, which makes it the most violent game ever, and stupids kids said on tv " I want to play that game becuase it is so violent" O_O what a bunch of noobs
it is a shame to be a gamer this comment is from this video review of no more heroes by a chick "man i dont give a fuck what she talks about i just want to fuck her" and there are a lot of comments like this I just want to fuck her
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6MfVqqm_rLcI couldnt care less what an average joe reviewer says about games.
Last time I bought a game based on review, I got timesplitters2 and it was bullshit.I was going to buy this game, now I won't thanks

The voice of the truth.
TP is the worst zelda game IMO.
It's noteven the most "mature" Zelda game. MM really scares the crap out of me in certain points.
Kroni- 04-21-2008
I do find it quite funny how people think violence makes a story mature. Just look at (you guessed it) Gears of War. Some play it because they find it fun (nothing wrong with that, who cares if the story is 3rd grade quality if the media is entertaining or fun) but look at all the prepubescent 12 year olds flocking to it just because it's "adult." The people treating the story of NMH as if it's the next Planescape are probably the latter. That's about the only time I agreed with the author of the article drunkee posted.
