MPD Psycho
Topdrunkee, I notice that the titles for members who have over 50 posts (or something like that) are called 'MPD Psycho'. I found out it was a manga-turned-TV series a couple of days ago, and I've started downloading the manga. This stuff is wicked. I'm assuming you've read it, yes?

That's a keen eye you have. As a matter of fact that's exactly where I grabbed the term "MPD Psycho" from. (The manga) It's also a live tv series directed by Takashi Miike before he rose to fame,but I heard mixed feelings about the show. The manga on the other hand is some straight F'ed up ish. MPD Psycho is part of the genre called ero guro. Which stands for "erotic gore". There's no need to move this topic as this site is mature rated anyway. Or at least it is according to gamespy. They told me to make a more noticeable warning label so I complied. So it's all good with the warning label in place. (As long as nobody posts any pictures of full frontal nudity. Everything else is fair game.)

Ok, POTENTIAL SPOILERS FOR ANYONE WHO PLANS TO READ THE MANGA: Is Lucy Monostone a real person? If I recall correctly, I think it was volume 5 where Mark Chapman (John Lennon's killer) supposedly says that he's one of the Lucy 7. I mean, chances are, the mangakas were just effing around and decided to chuck that in, but meh... I dunno. And uh, is Zenitsu in the miniseries? *hearts him*

Whoopee, I've got it now. I think I've got the censored version by mistake. It's weird though, some stuff I expected to be censored isn't, and some is. Dammit.

I just saw the miniseries.... strange, but overall pretty good. The special effects were laughable and the plot seemed scatterbrained, but overall it was ok. I really want to read the manga now.
