Recently watched Bodyguard Kiba. Amazing. Its one hell of a nice martial arts/yakuza story movie. Great action, awsome characters, sweet ending and classic style late 80s early 90s music. I found it to be an easier understandable yakuza film of his. That, or its because it was written by the Maki chick. So now I gotta see her other movie, Silver, which was directed by Miike.

Damn I had the chance to buy Silver at Toys N' Joys.
(Toys n joys had a store in Guam.), but I moved before I got the chance to pick it up.
I heard that Silver sucks,but hell who cares the lead female has some huge mammeries, & she uses those milk bags during the movie too..heh heh.
I just bought Audition the other day.
It's not really a horror flick,but still a good film.
Audition is one of my top faves that I watch over & over along with Luc Besson's "LEON" the Profesional.

Audition? Maybe I am a softie but I still can´t watch that movie. Its almost the same wtih "Seom", gives me the creeps. Does someone know the koeran movie?

Dude, ever since I saw Leon on TV like 10 years ago, I have LOVED that movie. It's freakin awesome. :D For the longest time it was my favorite movie. And Audition freakin creeps me out.......

Every time I see a copy of Bird People, it's always 25-30 bucks. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my awesome DVD collection (I have the 3 disc Oldboy set in the metal tin with the comic and the bit of actual film from the movie!), but I'm too cheap! Haha! I never want to buy anything more expensive than 20 bucks unless it's obviously worth it (like the Sin City unrated DVD with the comic and the 3 disc set of Oldboy).
Alhough I DID get Gojira (the original Japanese version) at WAL-MART (of ALL Places!!!! :O) for like 14 bucks. Now it's always 20 or more if I see it anywhere!!! :D Gotta hop on things sometimes! :P

Bird people is a gorgeoue movie. Awsome visuals. The plot is a little out-there but nothing like his other shock films. I picked up the entire young thugs movies and I have yet to watch them. I also need to see the Way to Fight. These movies I believe arent as crazy as Miikes other works too.
I dont seem to remember though, have you seen IZO yet?
