The term "Silver Case" refers to a political assassination from the 1960's/1970's. It was a hit that Sundance originally ordered, because he didn't agree with the "shelter children policy" that both the TRO & CCO were trying to push forward.
It's Tokio Morishima. The only remaining relative of the Hachisuka family. (The Hachisuka's framed Sundance's FSO party with the Silver Case murders.)
Tokio is the reporter who conducts the Placebo reports.
Some say that he's the true protagonist of the Silver Case games.

Damn I want this game. It looks deliciously dark, & foreboding.
My kind of shit. Of course there is going to be some Suda 51 style comedy thrown in, because every single GHM title (Including the original Silver Case.) has always had comedy in it.
What I like about SC's brand of humour was that it was more dry, and less over the top than the likes of NMH.
I wish Suda was known worldwide for making dark noir dystopian shit like Silver Case.

Imagine what a game like Silver Case would look like if one were to be made using the same gfx style as Mad World.
IMO, the Silver Case/Killer 7 games are the true successors to Atlus's original Persona trilogy.
Till this day I still can't understand why people like that dating sim Persona 3/Persona 4 anime bullshit over the more gritty global occult conspiracy theme from the original Persona games.
(Persona 2 EP also had the NWO involved in their plot lines.)
