Some Questions
Well, hi. I am a noob. I am italian (probably the only one italian fan of GHM), so sorry if my english is so bad XD i've read the forum for long time and now i have to ask some questions: 1) I recently bought Moonlight Syndrome, i wanna know if it takes place in the same universe of Twilight Syndrome or not. 2) I only know that Suda directed Twilight Syndrome: Search, Twilight Syndrome: investigation and Moonlight Syndrome, there are the other games of the Syndrome franchise? 3) Does exist somewhere in the universe a move faq for Super Fire Pro Wrestling Special or for Super Fire Pro Wrestling 3 Final Bout?

Re: Some Questions
Well, hi. I am a noob. I am italian (probably the only one italian fan of GHM), so sorry if my english is so bad XD i've read the forum for long time and now i have to ask some questions: Actually the majority of the people here are from Europe. There are at least two other Italian posters. One here forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=801" target="_blank">http://killer7.6.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=801 (I haven't gotten around to replying to his post yet.) and another one who goes by the sn, Onez. (He's writing a documentary style book about Killer 7 in Italian. Using info from the game, the plot faq & the political junk in this website.) --------- BTW can you scan the instruction manual of the game? The game package & what not? Where did you get Moonlight Syndrome? The only place I've seen Syndrome at was Ebay, but all my credit cards are maxed out. If it's not too much of a bother could you make an ISO of the game? I only need it for reviewing purposes. In order to expand on the Moonlight Syndrome section of this website. http://killer7.3dactionplanet.gamespy.com/moonlight.html http://killer7.3dactionplanet.gamespy.com/games.htm 1) I recently bought Moonlight Syndrome, i wanna know if it takes place in the same universe of Twilight Syndrome or not. Moonlight Syndrome is a side story to the main Twilight Syndrome series. Thus it's an alternate time line of the Twilight canon. Although you'll may be in for a shocker. Moonlight Syndrome is the game that originated Suda's "Kill the Past" universe. Ryo Kazan, Kyoko Kazan & even Sumio show up in the Silver Case. Sumio in particular is one of the main reoccurring characters in Suda's games. (Sumio has been in Moonlight Syndrome, Silver Case, Silver Case 25 Ward, & Flower Sun & Rain.) The games Silver Case & Killer 7 both contain pieces from Moonlight Syndrome's ending. If anything that's prolly a loose end meant to tie in with another game. During the ending of Moonlight Syndrome. Sumio's sister walks in on her boyfriend, Ryo Kazan. Ryo Kazan is all beaten & battered, but he's staring at the tv. When Sumio's sister looks at the tv. She gets shocked like hell, because she sees Ryo's sister trapped inside the television. Trying desperately to get out. After that scene ends... the "To be continued" screen pops up. It wasn't until 8 years later when Killer 7 came out. That we find out that the T.V. during the Moonlight Syndrome ending is actually somewhat of a storage room containing souls of the dead, & that the tv is used as a medium to channel corporeal spirits into our world. (Emir transforming into the Killer 7.) If you hadn't noticed by now, the moon loading scenes (In Killer 7) are actually a reference to Moonlight Syndrome. 2) I only know that Suda directed Twilight Syndrome: Search, Twilight Syndrome: investigation and Moonlight Syndrome, there are the other games of the Syndrome franchise? There are about 4 or 5 games in the main Twilight Syndrome series, but I have no intention of covering them, because they have nothing to do with "kill the past". Most people claim that the original Twilight Syndrome is one of the best horror themed games of all time, but unfortunately the series got progressively worse as time went on. The only remnants of Twilight Syndrome now are the carried over themes from Moonlight Syndrome. Moonlight Syndrome was indirectly expanded into a text adventure game called Silver Case. Silver Case also includes Flower, Sun & Rain. Killer 7, & No More Heroes are based off of the setting from SIlver Case, which in turn was based off of Moonlight Syndrome. Moonlight Syndrome itself was a spin off of Twilight Syndrome. 3) Does exist somewhere in the universe a move faq for Super Fire Pro Wrestling Special or for Super Fire Pro Wrestling 3 Final Bout? I don't really cover game play with this site. (Mainly because I know some one else will eventually write a game play faq.) I only cover plot & story. Fire pro is only included at K7 SIN, because Special was the first game Suda worked on. You may want to check out game faqs or the forums at this site. http://www.fireproclub.com/ If you're already familiar with Fire Pro's controls, than IMO you shouldn't have any problem with 3 final bout & Special. Since they all share a similar wrestling engine. BTW if you import games. I suggest the American version of Fire Pro Wrestling Returns on the PS2. That's the end all, be all version of Firepro imo. The only thing I wish it had, was the more attractive female wrestlers from Fire Pro Queen's special.

Thank you for replaying me. About Moonlight, i bought it from ebay and i'm still waiting for the shipping, i'll make an ISO and i'll scan the manual as soon as i can. EDIT One more thing: I'm trying to buy every game where suda worked on, actually I have the two fire pro wrestling games, moonlight syndrome, michigan (eu version, I'm planning to buy the japanese version as soon as I get some money), killer 7 (both gc and ps2 versions) and samurai champloo, and soon I'll buy blood+ and Contact. I founded Silver Case and FSR on amazon.jp, but they ship only in japan (FUCK). Also i can't find the two Twilight Syndrome. Some Hints? Topdrunkee, where did you buy Silver Case and FSR? I know that the remakes on the DS are on the way, but I am a nerd collector and then I want also the PS versions. XD PS: I know almost everything about SC and FSR thanks to your fansites and this forum, so i don't need more explanations about them

Sorry about the late reply. I was busy burning some dvds over the week end, & I spent yesterday playing Fire Pro Returns & the pc version of Deus Ex, lol. Thank you for replaying me. About Moonlight, i bought it from ebay and i'm still waiting for the shipping, i'll make an ISO and i'll scan the manual as soon as i can. Heh heh, can't wait. I supposed to get the scans & the game from someone else, but I lost contact with him when my youtube account got deleted. I have the two fire pro wrestling games, moonlight syndrome, michigan (eu version, I'm planning to buy the japanese version as soon as I get some money), killer 7 (both gc and ps2 versions) and samurai champloo, and soon I'll buy blood+ and Contact. I founded Silver Case and FSR on amazon.jp, but they ship only in japan (FUCK). You forgot Shining Soul 2. http://www.amazon.com/Atlus-USA-Shining-Soul-2/dp/B0000ZG48M It's different from other GHM games. (It's actually fun.) Also i can't find the two Twilight Syndrome. Some Hints? Topdrunkee, where did you buy Silver Case and FSR? I know that the remakes on the DS are on the way, but I am a nerd collector and then I want also the PS versions. XD I purchased Silver Case from Neo Amusement. The fololowing quote is how I did it... forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=206&start=0" target="_blank">http://killer7.6.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=206&start=0 I special ordered a copy at Neo Amusement. http://www.neoamusement.com/ I paid 86 $ to cop a copy & I was a bit suspicious that they would just pocket my cash, but the man who runs Neo Amusment is a French man who resides in Japan. Just send him an e-mail saying that you wish to special order a copy of Silver Case /Silver Jiken. You should probably search for a Japanese yahoo auction that has Silver Case, if only to show the webmaster of Neo Amusement what the game looks like. I told him specifically what version I wanted & he actually got it right away. (I asked for the original packaging of SC, because the best hits version looks like shit.) It was way too pricey, but worth it. Personally I'd recommend the DS remake. SInce I think that game even includes Sakura Natsume's chapter as part of the game. Whereas in the first SC you actually had to go out a buy a Silver Case novel just to see her side of the story. As for FSR you can pretty much find a copy of that game at any online store, since that game got re released again at 2005. (Yesasia, Playasia, NCSX, etc.) I have no idea where to get Twilight Syndrome, it's not really part of the GHM universe anyway. (Though I've had heard constant praise for how good the original game was. Twilight Syndrome was so popular that it even spawned it's own movie in Japan.) BTW get Fire Pro Returns asap. That game owns your soul.

You forgot Shining Soul 2. I didn't mentioned it because Suda himself didn't worked on it. But I'll eventually buy it, if I found it on an accessible prize. As for FSR you can pretty much find a copy of that game at any online store, since that game got re released again at 2005. (Yesasia, Playasia, NCSX, etc.) Well... it isn't available for anyone of those sites, I've already searched on them. About MS, it isn't arrived yet, probably because of the christmas holydays. I'm also waiting for Samurai Champloo, I payed for it almost 10 days ago <_<

Well... it isn't available for anyone of those sites, I've already searched on them. You have to type the name in Japanese. http://us.yesasia.com/en/PrdDept.aspx/pid-1003916974/code-j/section-games/ http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-43-77-3-49-en-15-Hana+Taiyo-70-ex9.html http://www.ncsxshop.com/cgi-bin/shop/SLPS-25034.html http://www.ncsxshop.com/cgi-bin/shop/SLPS-25154.html Too bad all the stores seem to be sold out. (I got my copy from Yesasia back in 2005. A month or two after I played through Killer 7.) About MS, it isn't arrived yet, probably because of the christmas holydays. I'm also waiting for Samurai Champloo, I payed for it almost 10 days ago <_< Hah hah, you're lucky that your at least getting MS. I saw the same exact Ebay sale, but I couldn't get it due to credit card problems. Last I checked, he only had two copies left. One now I presume, since you probably bought the other copy.

Too bad all the stores seem to be sold out. Like i told you, I already know that XD the only site where it's effectively available is amazon.jp, but they ship only in japan. Maybe someone will sell his copy of the game when the ds remake is out. Maybe. Hah hah, you're lucky that your at least getting MS. I saw the same exact Ebay sale, but I couldn't get it due to credit card problems. Last I checked, he only had two copies left. One now I presume, since you probably bought the other copy. Actually I bought it from a seller in naples. http://cgi.ebay.it/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=110202429047&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=001
