Yeah, watched quite a bunch of them. Dont think they are deep, but just he points things just as they are (taking all the uneeded cursing aside). Not only his account was banned, but they say the newer accounts (anticristo2008 and 2007) are not actually from the original guy but from some copycats, I dont care, "he" still posts good videos.

KIRBY 7- 07-07-2008

BTW is it true that there isn't copyrigth laws in Japan or something like that? You're thinking of China. Japan is quite the opposite. You can actually get arrested in Japan if you're caught downloading music, video games, & such. I don't quite understand the reason japanese/korean celebrities don't want to be popular outside of japan that is stupid to me, pride? I'll just copy & paste a post that some guy made. (I'm only referencing it, because it's true. For the most part.) http://www.cultureuniversal.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=688 japanese music industry works in mysterious ways without any logic behind it. for an example they have started to remove japanese music videos from youtube even though posting them there can only bring profit to the artist, the label and the tv channel it was ripped from. the whole idea behind this for them seems to be that even if they suspect that someone is actually finding it useful and even if there is no profit involved (in this case meaning money) they will still go to great lengths to get the material removed in one way or another. i mean there is a reason music videos are called promotional videos because they're supposed to be a free sample of the single or the album that the label is trying to get people to buy right ? i mean let's say there's a music video ripped from mtv japan posted on youtube. obviously people outside of japan will never have access to it unless they move to japan so in this case the artist gets more exposure and fans who are also potential buyers through online shops. only logical thing would be that they're only thinking about the japanese people here who don't have cable and thus don't have the access to their channel so they don't want them so see the material on the channel for free. but obviously that would be very bad business cos if a person sees tons of videos coming from one channel then of course there is a chance that a lot of those people will suscribe for the service. but anyway enough about that, the way i see it is that everybody wins if the video is posted and there really is no negative side to it except maybe that you have to find the pirate circles to get access normally and more goes around in those scenes rather than just music videos that are meant to be free. everything in japan when it comes to music goes under the so called dictator policy meaning that if it's not the label using the material then it's illegal in their opinion. not even if it would increase their sales by a lot. ----------- I like this song it is japanse I hope it does not get banned :P http://youtube.com/watch?v=0oRsSifvPFQ Ugh, that sounds like shit. Though they kinda have a B-52's like appeal to them, but then I'd rather be listening to b-52's. I guess copyright business is more serious than deleting semi-porn Yup, for example my account that I never use is still there. The only reason I made it was because I saw a comment that claimed that japanese chicks would look messed up with thick bodies. So I made that account to prove that fool wrong. Too bad most of the thick chicks I uploaded have all been deleted.

ferlanga- 07-07-2008

Ok, then whats is it that makes it impossible for Super Robot Taisen (big ass mecha crossover) games to make it to this side of the world, I think i know what is it but i cant find the english translation for it :/

KIRBY 7- 07-07-2008

is it true that there isn't copyrigth laws in Japan You asked if there were no copyright laws in Japan. I stated that Japan does have copyright laws. Japan just happens to be really anal & follows the procedures to a tee. Look at most Japanese websites. The majority are all text based. Why, because it is against the copyright laws for fans to reproduce images over the internet. THis is why most videwogame scans by fan come from websites such as 2ch where the image will be deleted within a week or two. then whats is it that makes it impossible for Super Robot Taisen (big ass mecha crossover) games to make it to this side of the world, Copyright laws. if it's not the label using the material then it's illegal in their opinion. not even if it would increase their sales by a lot.

ferlanga- 07-07-2008

I just wanted to know because Super Robot Taisen games have mechas and characters from many anime series, and i dont think they have payed to get them in those games.

KIRBY 7- 07-08-2008

I don't play super robot taisen so I wouldn't know the particular legal background of those games. IMO, if they do indeed copy infringe, then its probably a case of legal tender turning a blind eye like the American localization of Chaos Wars. (Although I think Chaos Wars just happens to be a case of going by un noticed.) Some games that are based off of real life intellectual properties & personalities such as the Fire Pro Wrestling series. Will usually dodge the issue of copyright infringement by creating characters who look similar to real life fighters & wrestlers, but they'll usually go by different aliases & fighting gear. A good example I saw way back was a D3 volleyball game that feat. girls from the Dead or Alive games, but they weren't actually the same women from DOA. They were just cheap knock offs. Now cheap knock offs are something that actually is abundant in Japan. Especially when it comes to western style breakfast cereal.

Well MY Youtube account was deleted recently, which was totally gay. I uploaded...well mostly some Megadeth videos. I'm sorry but I don't understand why people can't post music vids on there! If the actual record companies aren't going to do it why can't we? I mean they won't add the music videos so people can check em out but then get ticked off when a FAN does so. AND PLUS! I uploaded a changed version of Symphony Of Destruction and 99 Ways To Die on there. I took out the original audio and slightly widescreened the video. Well other people STOLE my copy of the videos and have now pasted it onto THEIR profile but yet THEY don't get deleted. I'm not sure but after I started seeing OTHER people with their stolen versions of the slightly changed videos that I uploaded on there...well then I got deleted! So retarded!

Xed- 07-11-2008

I uploaded 2 videos http://it.youtube.com/watch?v=4JCmx24mA0s http://it.youtube.com/watch?v=7U80c0rI3cY&feature=related Obviously i wrote that you made them and I added a link to the site. I'm going to upload more today

KIRBY 7- 07-12-2008

http://it.youtube.com/watch?v=7U80c0rI3cY&feature=related Ah sweet, you uploaded Kamui Drome. That video is tight as fuck. I stopped uploading that vid, because everybody got the wrong idea & thought the game really did play like that. It's just a video where I crammed every single kamui drome video together, and then I added in a shit load of crazy scenes that aren't actually in the game. Such as Kamui screaming, Kotobiki bobbing his head to ko gal music, and creepy pictures of Sundance shot. That Japanese girl s supposed to be Sayaka Baian. A celebrity in the Silver Case. She's also the same girl in the cartoon who commits suicide by jumping off a building. The news reports are about Sayaka Baian, and her recent suicide. She killed herself, because she was tired of having no solitude or privacy where ever she went. Basically those videos of Sayaka are supposed to represent government surveillance. We later find out that it was Shinji Kotobiki who was spying on her. (He's the guy with the shades who gets shot in the face by Tetsuguro Kusabi.) Shinji is actually your boss, or at least was until one of your partners (Kusabi) goes rogue & kills the fucker. If you ever decide to upload the official Killer 7 SINdicate video, make sure to upload the flash video version. (I'm not proud of the wmv version, it looks pedestrian when compared to the superior editing of the flash video version.) ____________ BTW I forgot to upload the Icy Calm diss in the video zip I sent you. Here it is. Icy Dissy http://www.megaupload.com/?d=A8UOHLKH This video was surprisingly popular. My favorite part has to be the over dramatic beginning talking shit about wannabe philosphers. The way the intro played out looked like a parody of the original Persona. (I even used bgm from Persona 2 EP.) The Ninja Gaiden II (Nes) Act I scene mock up was also pretty funny. Oh man I also like the scene where Adolf Hitler's (The Adolf from Bionic Commando) head blows up, because of the pretentiousness of it all. That's what I was like the first time I got deleted. It's actually a re occurring joke every time I create a new youtube. "How long will Topdrunkee's new youtube account last?" Basically youtube will ignore you as long as the viewers or the copyright holders ignore you. The more attention you get, the more likely you're channel is going to be deleted.

http://it.youtube.com/watch?v=7U80c0rI3cY&feature=related Ah sweet, you uploaded Kamui Drome. That video is tight as fuck. I was watching random videos in the folder and I found it awesome. In the final part with kamui screaming and the face of Sundance I was like WTF, it rocks and kira can suck kamui's cock, LOL. (You know I'm not great in japanese, but I assumed that Kamui Drome was some kind of kamui's fansite, because you once said that the kamui's cult spread on the internet) I couldn't upload anything in the last two days because I wasn't at my pc (and I still am not, I'll return tomorrow). BTW, I know it's a lot off topic but I don't know where to say this. Do you remember, long ago, when I said that this summer I was going to translate moonlight syndrome with a friend that knows japanese? Well, we had a querrel and now we hate each other (or at least I hate her, I don't give a fuck if she hates me or not), so I'm not really seeing this translation being made, sorry.

KIRBY 7- 07-13-2008

I was watching random videos in the folder and I found it awesome. In the final part with kamui screaming and the face of Sundance I was like WTF, it rocks and kira can suck kamui's cock, LOL. (You know I'm not great in japanese, but I assumed that Kamui Drome was some kind of kamui's fansite, because you once said that the kamui's cult spread on the internet) That's just one truth. The websites were actually built by people within the government who are under the Hachisuka's pay roll. (Kaoru Hachisuka is behind the whole Silver Case cover up. He's pretty much the governor or the top police chief of the Kyoka ward. Kaoru also happens to be the father of Chizuru Hachisuka & Tokio Morishima.) The Sayaka Baian footage was recorded by some perv within the government. (Your boss) Which was then spread online. Sayaka is just sub plot line during the Kamui Drom case. Sayaka is another example of cultural influence. Kinda like K7's alter ego, & cloud man stages. (Sayaka's death is also influenced by the moonlight syndrome. The moon prolly caused her to jump.) The whole Kamui plot line is a scam. The entire operation goes to shit once a swat team guns the current Kamui down. (The Kamui we see in game is not the original.) While Kamui drome does hold similarities to Death note. I feel that the Kamui Drome has more in common with the Laughing Man, because both instances were cases of internet sub culture influencing society. The connecting link between the laughing man & Kamui drome is that both acts were orchestrated by individuals with political backgrounds. Whereas Kira's Kingdom formed through our collective unconsciousness. In Deathnote we all agreed to believe in a man who didn't actually exist. Not unlike religion. Anyway back to silver case. 30 years before the SC game started There was a case called the "Silver Case" that involved an assassin named Fujiwara Kamui. (Who was Sundance's ace.) However Fujiwara died during the night of the Silver Case murders when he tried to assassinate the politicians at a secret TRO/CCO meeting. The remaining politicians killed each other in order to salvage Kamui's remains. The accumulated death toll of the entire silver case event was added on to the final kill count of "Kamui". Yeah I remember. I wasn't sure if it was something that you just said you were going to do, or if it was something that you actually were planning to do. Sad shame that MS won't be translated. What was the argument about? I might make a new youtube account just to post gameplay footage of that daydram cafe game I was working on. Haven't worked on it in over five months, but a lot of what I have done looks pretty good. My main problem is that the gameplay isn't anywhere near as hardcore as the Killer7 game I was working on. K7SINdrome had fucking insane computer a.i. (For a real time turn based rpg at least.) Practically everybody would gun you down in seconds if you didn't plan your attacks right.

Xed- 07-13-2008

Yeah I remember. I wasn't sure if it was something that you just said you were going to do, or if it was something that you actually were planning to do. lol, actually the day before I said to her "FUCK YOU BITCH I DON'T WANNA HEAR ABOUT YOU EVER AGAIN", we were talking about translating the game. BTW I have other 2 friends that know japanese. But one is too busy with the university, and the other is gay and has a videogame store. My girlfriend is going to study japanese at the university, but it'll took years from now. On the top of that, with the new twilight syndrome on the ds, Silver Case on the DS, FSR on the DS etc., it's not unlikely to see MS on the DS. Well no I'm saying bullshit. If MS comes out on the DS, it'll never come out of japan, so I can't see the difference. However, I will make the translation if I find someone who knows japanese that wants to help me. Or if I really start to study japanese, I guess. I already know a few things. BTW a lot of people here study japanese to tell you the truth. There's a very idealized vision of japan. For them, is a bizzarro land where 40-years old guys watch dragonball and other animes every day, lol.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mnoZQatVVis EDIT: I also posted this trailer http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQMYqJg3UKg

KIRBY 7- 07-13-2008

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mnoZQatVVis The title for that video should be called No More Heroes Insomnia.ac Icy Calm Massage my Art fag This title gives you more of an idea of what the video is about. It also shows that I'm the actual person he was talking smack about. BTW a lot of people here study japanese to tell you the truth. There's a very idealized vision of japan. For them, is a bizzarro land where 40-years old guys watch dragonball and other animes every day, lol. I think it's like that everywhere. Even I thought Japan was like that until I actually lived inside the country. Japan feels like the LA/New York, but with Asian people. Instead of guns, you have to worry about people backstabbing you with knives & blades & shit.

Xed- 07-13-2008

I changed the title. Right now I'm uploading the killer7 SIN videogame trailer.
