Yeah, I don't understand the point of all the retarded street gangs anyway. I mean if everyone is young and stupid, then who can say they have the authority to lead everyone else. And how would they get that unless they're older and more experienced?

I'm not one to approve of organized crime but I'd probably rather have that than stupid street gangs. At least the mobs have a set of rules. Street gangs will just do any retarded thing they feel like whether it's necessary or not. With mobs, if you give them respect and stay out of their way, then they tend to leave most people alone.
